STYLE CHANGES
In rare instances you might receive an item that looks slightly different than that pictured on the website. Manufacturers sometimes change styles – especially paper party goods – and they don’t ask our opinion first! Whenever possible, we send exactly what you ordered, sometimes there may be a slight difference. If there is a substantial difference, we’ll try and contact you.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be completely satisfied! However, if for some reason you need to return your items, please note the following:
Your return must be in original condition, original packaging, complete, and timely (delivered less than 30 days ago) for us to process it. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please send your return by trackable shipping method to:

Credit for returns cannot be processed unless we know who you are! Please add a copy of your original order receipt or packing slip. Items returned must be in resaleable condition to receive credit.
In some cases, a restocking fee of up to 20% of the product value may be applied, but not if the return was due to broken, defective items or wrong product received.
