Credit Card Process

Once your order has shipped, your credit card will be charged. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with appropriate shipping and tax, where applicable. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. We are not responsible for customer's typographical errors.

Shipping & Processing Fees

Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate our company for the cost of processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase and delivering them to you. We encourage you to also review detailed information about our shipping and processing fees.

Shipping Policies

Your order will be shipped by Surface Carrier (UPS, Federal Express or United States Postal Service) or similar for domestic and foreign orders. Certain items cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes: please provide a street address for “Ship To” location. Ceramix Unlimited, Inc. may choose to ship via some method or carrier when appropriate.

We ship via U.S. Postal Services to U.S. Military APO/FPO address designations. When placing an order you will have to accept the UPS charges but you will not be charged that shipping rate. Your shipping & handling will be adjusted, if required, to be at cost. Express Mail to APO/FPO addresses is not available.

We do not accept C.O.D. orders.

Order cutoff for shipping purposes is Monday through Friday; 15:00 hours Central (Coordinated Universal Time -5 hours). We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.

Customs, Duty, Value Added Tax, and any other like fees are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be collected by the UPS Service or other appropriate agency.
